Edmonds

 Teresa and Buddy headed up to Edmonds to see Stephen in their new apartment. Archie loved the beach which is right down the street from them--super cute town and we will enjoy visiting them there!

Orcas Island

 The next stop for the weekend was to Orcas Island in the San Juan Island chain, about 2.5 hours North of us. We had a fantastic time--the weather turned out to be perfect and we were all taken by the beauty of the Islands. From grassy farm fields to towering mountains to cute little towns to fun  beaches, Orcas Island was just a beautiful getaway on a gorgeous 1 hour ferry ride from the mainland.  We will be back!

 Finally some new photos! Sorry for the lapse, just been busy having fun traveling around with Aunt Lizzie. First stop was to head up to Mt. Rainier where we dis some hikes--first was through the Forest.

 After the Forest Hike, we headed up to the top of the mountain to see the Alpine flowers and the amazing views of the Tatoosh Range---absolutely amazing!

Finally back in WA!

After a very long travel expereince on the way back, we finally made it home about 48 hours after we started... We were pretty beat, so we decided to take a nice break and spend some time with the Gardner gang in Fife on the way back. Dori was certainly excited to see Archie....she kept wrestling him down and bear hugging him. Pretty funny and both kiddos handled it all well! (Thanks to Diana for the pics!)

All back to being friends!

New Jersey

Arch trying to head out on a drive in Pop Pop's Ranger. We had a great time in Jersey for our last leg of the trip--it was fun to be back during a time that wasn't Christmas like we usually do. Lots of fun outdoor activities and time spent out enjoying the warm weather!

We all headed out to a great brunch on Sunday--nice not to be in the kitchen for a meal!  Teddy did take a few hits from Buddy during the meal, however...
